Maureen Klecha has nearly 20 years of business, human resources, and consulting experience. A former Human Resources Executive for a Fortune 100 Electronics Company, Maureen brings to bear significant knowledge and expertise regarding all aspect of human resources management – from performance and succession management to employee development and transition management. While at Philips Electronics, Maureen served on the US HR Executives Policy Council, and was instrumental in leading numerous corporate-wide talent management initiatives, including designing high-potential identification programs and conducting assessment centers. Importantly, she also had a central role as an HR partner in numerous merger and divestiture initiatives, which gives her a strong perspective on and interest in cultural assimilation. Maureen leverages this unique experience when working with both her corporate clients and her individual coaching clients. In addition to the significant assessment center work that she’s done, her clients often call upon Maureen to lead organizational assessment initiatives, conduct individual executive coaching programs, and design and deliver custom training programs and talent identification initiatives.
