Stacey Murphy brings to clients over fifteen years of business experience, with a distinctive blend of leadership development and functional business skills. She is experienced in Finance, Strategic Planning, Investor Relations, and Human Resources. She is skilled in merger and transition management and has extensive experience in leadership development and coaching. A strong business partner, Stacey has a long history of working with clients and business partners to develop and deliver services that focus on creating business value.
Stacey has helped numerous organizations strengthen their leadership talent through a variety of means – primarily by partnering with clients to design and develop leadership development and succession management programs, and through leadership assessment and coaching. An accomplished writer, she was the lead author of Manchester Consulting's New Leader Toolkit. She was a co-author of a landmark study on Return on Investment of Executive Coaching (2001), which she presented to the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists that year. Stacey has also delivered assessment center services to a variety of clients throughout the United States and internationally. Stacey has worked in various capacities for Prudential Financial, Beneficial Corporation, and Household International. During the 1998 merger of Beneficial and Household, Stacey was a key member of the merger integration team. Prior to that, as Director of Executive Development for Beneficial Corporation, she provided succession planning and professional development services to executives and high potential employees. Key clients included IT, Sales, the credit card bank and Beneficial Insurance. Stacey coached leaders on the development of their high potential employees, and designed and delivered career development programs. As Director, Strategic Planning and Investor Relations, Stacey managed numerous change-related initiatives, partnering with all areas of the business.
