They Draw and Cook Illustrations

I submitted two illustrations to the wonderful illustration community web site known as They Draw and Cook, managed by Nate Padavick and Salli S. Swindell, who are a brother/sister design and illustration team known as Studio SSS. You can view my work on their site here:

Janet O’Neil Food Illustrations

They Draw & Cook (TDAC) is the internet’s largest collection of illustrated recipes created by artists from around the world. It is a fascinating site to journey through.  You will get lost in the recipes!

The first one I did was for my grandmother’s Pflaumenkuchen or German Plum Tart recipe, painted with my right hand before the cast,

and the other for a Proper Tea, which I painted with my left.

 

I am now working on a new recipe from a recipe my daughter-in-law created.  Coming soon!
